Cloud Infrastructure (Amazon Web Services). We use AWS to host our servers and store data, including your account information, user content, and wine label images.
Mapping Services (Google Maps). When you use location features, your location data is processed by Google Maps to display maps and nearby locations.
AI and Machine Learning Services (OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock). Wine label images are processed by these services for optical character recognition and wine identification. While we do not intentionally send personally identifiable information to these services, background elements in photos you upload may be processed.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or uses of your information.
We may share aggregated, anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. In the future, we may provide wine retailers, distributors, or other business partners with anonymized insights about wine preferences, trends, and ratings. This data will not identify individual users.

Account Information. Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes.
User Content. Retained while your account is active. Wine label images may be retained indefinitely for machine learning purposes even after account deletion, though we will de-identify them to the extent practicable.
Usage Data. Retained for up to 24 months for analytics and improvement purposes.
Location Data. Retained only as long as necessary to provide location-based features, typically not more than 90 days in detailed form.
Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or machine learning as described above).
Access and Correction. You can access and update your account information through the App settings.
